Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

Capitec Bank products, processes and systemsHR principles and processes
Knowledge of contact centre systems / ticket management system e.g. Avaya and STrack
