What is required :
Minimum requirement: Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Experience: Basic
appropriate experience in a large scale, Food Service Unit. Inherent
requirement of the job: Fluency in at least two of the three official languages of
the Western Cape. Ability to work overtime which includes weekends and
public holidays when needed. Incumbent must be physically fit to lift heavy
objects and be on their feet the entire day. Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Knowledge of production for normal and therapeutic diets in an Industrial
Foodservice Unit on a large scale. Knowledge of hygiene, occupational health,
HACCP and safety principles.
