Job description

To prepare all KFC product in accordance with the KFC customary operational procedures, with strict adherence to Health and Safety standards

Requirements
Prepare and cook KFC product victimization approved KFC standards and procedures once tutored by the manager

• Portion ingredients and parched product victimization approved KFC procedures
•  Hold and monitor product quality by checking and acting upon expiration dates and times for every product
• make sure the correct use of product holding instrumentation in respect of holding times and temperatures
• Follow all customary procedures and schedules for improvement and sanitizing food preparation and storage areas instrumentation and utensils
•  Capture product preparation data and monitor product quality by checking and acting upon expiration dates and times for product
• Adhere to Yum’s culture principles
• Perform different duties from time to time as requested by the eating place General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Supervisor

Requirement Education needs

GRADE eleven – twelve

Must be able to speak English
