Your main responsibility would be to:

Answer all enquiries and requests from customers and stores accurately
Achieve productivity and quality standards within the department
Process all requests in line with operational procedures within the department
Respond to client queries via email
Assist alternative internal stakeholders with client queries

Job Requirement

  • Must be having Grade 12
  • With one year proven Call Centre Customer Services working experience within a Call Centre Environment
  • Previous experience within Customer services is essential
  • Must be able to typing with a speed of 25 wpm.
  • Must be familiar with MS Office
  • Good communication skills, particularly in English
  • Reliable transport (public or private)
